Készíts el egy igazi indiai klasszikust otthon! A sertés vindaloo egy tüzes, fűszeres curry, amely Goa régiójából származik. A sertéshús omlósra puhul a gazdag, vörös currymártásban, amit a friss koriander és a meleg pita kenyér tesz teljessé. Preparation and Searing the Meat

Cut the pork into approximately 2-3 cm cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pot and sear the meat cubes in batches until golden brown. Remove the meat and set aside.

Preparing the Curry

In the same pot, sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add the garlic and red curry paste, then fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Chef's tip

For an even more authentic taste, add a little vinegar and a teaspoon of brown sugar to the sauce at the beginning of cooking – this gives vindaloo its characteristic sweet and sour flavour.

The spiciness of red curry paste can vary by brand, so it's advisable to add it gradually if you don't like overly spicy food.
