Preparation and marinating
Prepare a larger sealable container for marinating and a taller container for blending.
Put the chopped tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of honey, pepper, cumin, oregano, thyme, capers, garlic, chili, and tomato paste into the blending container. Blend until smooth using a hand blender.
Clean the chicken breasts, pound them slightly with a meat mallet, and place them in the sealable container. Pour the prepared marinade over them, massage it thoroughly into the meat by hand, seal the container, and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Chef's tip
It is worth marinating the chicken the night before, so the flavors penetrate the meat even deeper.
