INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 stalks spring onion
  • 1 dl sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 dl mayonnaise
  • 10 dag blue cheese
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 cucumber
  • Salt
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

    Marinate the wings in chilli sauce, ketchup, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight.

    Cut the vegetables into sticks.

    For the blue cheese mayonnaise, simply mix the mayonnaise with the cheese.

    Bake the marinated wings in a 150-degree oven until tender, then brown them slightly if desired.

    Serve with vegetable sticks, blue cheese mayonnaise, and freshly chopped spring onions.
Tip
The marinated wings can also be fried in oil after coating them in flour or breadcrumbs. If you don't like wings, this also works with chicken breast strips or boneless chicken thighs.
