Preparation method
Marinate the wings in chilli sauce, ketchup, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Cut the vegetables into sticks.
For the blue cheese mayonnaise, simply mix the mayonnaise with the cheese.
Chef's tip
The marinated wings can also be fried in oil after coating them in flour or breadcrumbs. If you don't like wings, this also works with chicken breast strips or boneless chicken thighs.
