Ingredients
- 4 pcs hamburger buns
- 4 pcs burger patties
- 8 pcs nice king prawns or peeled shrimp
- 150 g pickled cucumber, sliced and diced
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 50 g ketchup
- 30 g mustard
- 5 g fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 pc small iceberg lettuce
- 2 pcs nice tomatoes, sliced
- 500 g French fries
Steps
- 1Take the burger patties out of the refrigerator.
- 2Cut the buns in half.
- 3For the sauce, finely chop dill, pickled cucumber, and onion, then mix them with the sauces.
- 4Cook the patties to medium, add the prawns halfway through and sauté them for a few minutes as well.
- 5Toast the buns.
- 6Assemble the burgers with the vegetables and prawns, serve with the remaining sauce and French fries.
- 7You can try any type of meat, even a wild game burger. The sauce is good with any grilled meat or hot dog, and it's also perfect for grilled cheese burgers.
