  • 150 g halloumi cheese
  • 2 peaches
  • 100 g rocket
  • Seed mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

    Pit the peaches and cut them into 1 cm thick slices.

    Grill the cheese and peaches for 2-3 minutes per side.

    For the dressing, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
