Product description

The Nádudvari sour cream owes its flavour to the recipe: it is made from milk and freshly skimmed pasteurised cream. It owes its pleasant sourness and aroma to lactic acid bacteria. Its special feature is that it combines the digestive benefits of fermented dairy products with the nutritional properties of fatty products.

Producer information

Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft., a 100% Hungarian-owned company located near the Hortobágy National Park, was established on 1 September 2007. The legal predecessor of their meat plant has been operating since 1969, milk processing has been taking place in their dairy plant since 1975, and the frozen food business was launched in 2010.
