- 20 dag flour
- 8 dag cold butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 3-4 apricots
- 2-3 figs
Quickly combine the dough ingredients to prevent the butter from melting too much, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough between two baking sheets to about 0.5 cm thick, then spread yogurt about 5 cm from the edge. Place the fruit on top and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Recommended from 10 months of age. The best thing about galette is that it can be made with any seasonal fruit. Apricot and fig season is still on, but plum and pear will be here soon.
