- 60 dag chicken breast
- 20 dag sour cream
- 2 pcs eggs
- 3 tsp grated horseradish
- 8 dag flour
- 1 tsp paprika

PREPARATION
- 1Slice the chicken breast into strips, salt, and pepper it.
- 2Pour the sour cream into a bowl, add the eggs and horseradish, mix thoroughly, then add the flour and stir until smooth.
- 3Coat the seasoned chicken strips in the flour mixed with paprika, dip them in the horseradish-sour cream mixture, and fry them in plenty of hot oil until golden brown.
- 4Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, and serve with fresh salad.
