INGREDIENTS
- 20 dkg smoked salmon
- 20 dkg mixed salad mix
- 2 spoons capers
- 2 dl sour cream
- 2 dl Greek yogurt
- 1 lime
- 0.5 dl extra virgin olive oil
- A bunch of chives
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Labneh is a cooling cream cheese that can be easily made at home.
- 2The easiest way is to mix Greek yogurt and sour cream, salt it slightly, season to taste, then wrap it in a cheesecloth and hang it over a bowl to drain overnight in the refrigerator.
- 3For the salad, the prepared labneh goes on the bottom, then we pile the salad leaves on top, seasoned with a little olive oil, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
- 4On top of this go the salmon slices, capers, and a little dressing.
Tip
It can also be made with marinated salmon or even tuna. Labneh is also an excellent sandwich spread. If serving as a main course, offer brown bread or sourdough toast with it. It also pairs well with eggplant dip.
