Melengesd meg a hűvös őszi estéket ezzel az illatos, ázsiai hangulatú levessel! A selymes zöldségalaplében gyengéden megfőtt házi tofugombócok kellemesen laktatóak, míg a friss pak choi, a pirított shiitake gomba és a gyömbéres-szójás ízek valódi kulináris harmóniát teremtenek. Könnyű, tápláló és pillanatok alatt elkészíthető vacsora.
Preparation method
Preparation of the tofu dumplings
Thoroughly drain the tofu, then gently squeeze out the excess moisture with paper towels. Crumble it into a bowl or mash it finely with a fork.
Grate half of the ginger and garlic, then add to the crumbled tofu along with the cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and a few drops of sesame oil. Knead thoroughly into a moldable mixture, then form walnut-sized dumplings with slightly damp hands.
Preparing and cooking the soup
In a large pot, heat one teaspoon of sesame oil, then sauté the sliced shiitake mushrooms and julienned carrot for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Chef's tip
If you enjoy spicy flavors, drizzle a little chili sesame oil over the finished soup or sprinkle with fresh chili flakes when serving!
Feel free to mix a little finely chopped spring onion or fresh cilantro into the tofu dumpling mixture for an even more aromatic result.
