- 20 dag (aged) cheese
- Salt
- Ginger
- Nutmeg
- 1 kg sweet potato

Cook the peeled, diced sweet potato with a whole red onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt to taste, a little ginger, and a pinch of nutmeg. Any other spices you like can also be added.
