INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 16 pcs cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g rocket
  • 2-3 pcs spring onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 jar Vénusz PLUS Vegetable Spread with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Vénusz 100% sunflower cooking oil
  • 125 g vegan cheese

  • Thyme

PREPARATION

    Preheat the oven to 190 ºC.

    Grease a heatproof glass dish with a little Vénusz 100% sunflower cooking oil. Add the broccoli florets, separated into 5-7 cm pieces, then add the sun-dried tomato Vénusz PLUS Vegetable Spread.

    Place halved cherry tomatoes next to the broccoli and grate the vegan cheese over it. Season with salt to taste, then place in the preheated oven.

    Bake for 30 minutes until done. If your oven has a grill function, turn it on for the last 8 minutes of baking!

    Serve hot with fresh, washed rocket and a little finely chopped spring onion.
Tip
It's worth making with melting vegan cheese! You can further flavour the dish with fresh oregano and thyme! You can use several types of cherry tomatoes.
