Preheat the oven to 215–220 °C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into approx. 2 cm thick slices, then cut these into 1.5–2 cm wide fries.

In a bowl, mix the fries with the oil, cornstarch, grated lime zest, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste, then arrange them on the baking sheet.
