Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into fries. In a bowl, toss them with olive oil. Mix the spices together and sprinkle them over the potatoes. Mix thoroughly by hand to ensure every fry is coated with the spice mixture, then spread them out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the fries in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown (approx. 15-20 minutes). Then flip them over and bake for another 15-20 minutes on the other side.
Serve as a side dish or on their own with your favorite dip. The sour cream and garlic dip pairs especially well with them.
