  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 60 g melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

    Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

    In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the cheesy mixture in an even layer in the center of a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the halved Brussels sprouts, cut-side down, into the cheesy mixture.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the cheesy layer is golden brown and crispy. After removing, let stand for 5 minutes, then carefully separate the Brussels sprouts. Sprinkle with freshly grated lemon zest and serve hot.
