Ingredients
- 100 g red lentils (dry)
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- ⅓ teaspoon salt
Steps
- 1Pour water over the red lentils and let them soak for at least 8 hours (ideally overnight).
- 2After soaking, drain the lentils and rinse thoroughly under cold running water. Then place them in a blender, add 180 ml fresh water, 1 tablespoon of oil, and ⅓ teaspoon of salt, then blend until smooth.
- 3Heat a medium-sized (approx. 20 cm diameter) non-stick pan dry over medium heat. Then reduce the heat to low-medium, and make 4 flatbreads from the batter: pour a quarter of the batter into the pan and cook both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- 4Serve the finished flatbreads immediately, or store them in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days.
