Alaplé Bár Chicken stock

The chicken stock is simmered for 15 hours. Each deciliter contains approximately 1000 mg of collagen. It is made exclusively from fresh, natural ingredients, meaty bones, vegetables, and spices. Gluten-free, preservative-free, lactose-free, egg-free, additive-free.

Suggested use

You can consume it on its own, flavored, or you can use it to prepare dishes!

The idea of Alaplé Bár was born just 2-3 years ago, despite the fact that the stock itself has been part of their daily work for a long time. Thanks to its beneficial effects, they regularly recommend the consumption of long-cooked stocks for both preventive and therapeutic purposes. The stock has imperceptibly stolen its way into hearts and has become an indispensable part of the home kitchen. It is a grateful ingredient. Although it takes a long time to cook, in a sense it is really "troublesome", but when it is ready and put into the food, it is worth all the effort, the end result will be richer not only in flavors, but also in nutrients. Based on the feedback, the idea was formulated a few years ago that there would be a demand for it, and how much help it could be if it didn't always have to be cooked at home. At first it was present quietly, but over time the determination became increasingly clear: how nice it would be to have a reliable place where you could buy it and make it easily accessible to everyone. Today, this can be realized in many places.

Storage

Store at room temperature, protected from sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator below 3°C for 2 days.
