  • 1 package, approx. 50 dag garganelli or penne pasta
  • 2 slices, approx. 20 dag each salmon fillet
  • 5 dag Parmesan
  • 1 dl broth
  • 10 dag butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

IF YOU'D PREPARE IT DIFFERENTLY

  • Smoked salmon
  • Broccoli
  • Leek
  • Carrot
  • Brussels sprouts

PREPARATION

    Place the salmon fillets in a mixture of 6 dag salt and 1 liter water for 2 hours.

    Then, cook them on both sides for 3 minutes, so they remain slightly pink inside, then set aside to rest while we prepare the other elements of the dish.

    For this, cook the pasta in salted water, sauté the garlic in butter, pour in the broth, boil down the liquid, and add the cream, then the thinly sliced zucchini.

    Break the salmon into bite-sized pieces by hand.

    Toss the pasta with the sauce, sprinkle with chives, or any herb you like, and serve with the salmon pieces and Parmesan shavings.

    If desired, you can squeeze a little lemon juice over it.
Tip
It can also be prepared with smoked salmon. Instead of zucchini, you can use other vegetables, such as broccoli, leek, carrot, Brussels sprouts, etc.
