Place the salmon fillets in a mixture of 6 dag salt and 1 liter water for 2 hours.
Then, cook them on both sides for 3 minutes, so they remain slightly pink inside, then set aside to rest while we prepare the other elements of the dish.
For this, cook the pasta in salted water, sauté the garlic in butter, pour in the broth, boil down the liquid, and add the cream, then the thinly sliced zucchini.
Chef's tip
It can also be prepared with smoked salmon. Instead of zucchini, you can use other vegetables, such as broccoli, leek, carrot, Brussels sprouts, etc.
