Hováth Rozi Coriander

It originates from the Mediterranean region and was used as a spice 3000 years ago. Its fruit and essential oil are mainly used in the food industry for seasoning pickles and meat products, in the wine industry for flavouring drinks, and in the cosmetics and perfumery industry as a raw material for beauty products.

Suggested use: Can be used to flavour roasts, marinades, cabbage dishes and pickles.

The product was made in a manufacturing plant that also uses cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk (lactose), celery, soy, mustard and sesame seeds.

Storage:
Store in a dry, cool place, protected from sunlight!
