Horváth Rozi Thyme Crumbled

Recipe idea: Pan-fried liver with cream and thyme 

Ingredients

60 dkg chicken liver, 3 dl milk, 2 cloves of garlic grated, 1 head of red onion sliced, 2 tbsp butter, half dl dry white wine, half dl cream, 1 tsp Horváth Rozi thyme, salt, pepper 

Preparation

1. Soak the liver in garlic milk for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, caramelize the red onion in butter on low heat (approx. 20 minutes).
2.  Drain the liver, pat dry with paper towels, then fry on medium heat on the onion.
3. Add the thyme, then simmer with the white wine and cream, and only then season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve with crispy toasted sourdough bread, fresh salad, and a glass of white wine.
