Cserpes Parenyica Cheese is a high-quality, traditionally smoked cheese, which is a perfect choice for sandwiches, salads or on its own with its characteristic flavour and flexible texture. It is made from natural ingredients, fresh milk, preserving the excellent quality typical of Cserpes products.

Smoked steamed cheese roll made from pasteurised cow's milk, ideal as a snack with a glass of wine. It does not contain any foreign milk substances, additives or colourings.

The 25-year-old company was founded in 1992 by István Cserpes and the Cserpes Cheese Workshop has since developed into a company with sound professional foundations, financial stability, adequate equipment and human resources. However, the reason why the Cserpes Cheese Workshop is prospering is the idea that the founder and owner, István Cserpes, believed and still believes that it is possible to operate production and trade on a professional basis in this industry. His goal remains the same: to fulfil what the market demands and expects from the Cserpes Cheese Workshop.
