Premium quality fattened duck breast

Fattened duck breast is the meat of the duck's breast, which is usually consumed fried or grilled. Duck breast typically has rich, tasty and tender meat, which is popular for its special flavour. Duck breast is high in protein and low in fat, and is rich in B vitamins and other nutrients, so it is considered a healthy and nutritious type of meat.

Pro-Duck duck farming 

The poultry is raised free-range. In Hungary, adhering to international animal welfare standards to the maximum. After a few weeks, they are let out into the open (free-range area covered with green vegetation).  In addition to the appropriate husbandry technology, they are fed with high-quality Hungarian grains!

Unlike their roast duck/goose counterparts, these poultry undergo a special feeding method during the last 2-2.5 weeks of their rearing, during which they are fed a corn feeding programme in a so-called fattening period.

During this intensive feeding period, the animals' bodies are cleansed to such an extent that the flavour, texture and composition of their meat changes completely, so much so that it cannot be compared to that of their free-range roast counterparts!
