Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Eggplant
  • 2 teaspoons Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon
  • 1 crushed Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Place the eggplants on a baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Then cut them in half lengthwise, carefully scoop out the pulp with a spoon, and let it cool.

    Add the rest of the ingredients to the pulp and mix thoroughly.

    Instead of tahini, you can also mix in 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise. This way, you can try a cream with a slightly different flavour.
