- 2 pcs Eggplant
- 2 teaspoons Tahini
- 1 tablespoon Lemon
- 1 crushed Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
Steps
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2Place the eggplants on a baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Then cut them in half lengthwise, carefully scoop out the pulp with a spoon, and let it cool.
- 3Add the rest of the ingredients to the pulp and mix thoroughly.
- 4Instead of tahini, you can also mix in 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise. This way, you can try a cream with a slightly different flavour.
