- 400 g zucchini
- 1 tbsp olive oil (10 ml)
- 25 g tahini sesame paste
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pc baking paper
Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick, then place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place the tray in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake the zucchini for about 40 minutes, until tender.
Place the roasted zucchini in a tall-sided container with the tahini, olive oil, crushed garlic, and salt. Using an immersion blender, blend everything until creamy and smooth. Serve fresh.
Chef's tip
When serving, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds for an even richer flavor.
