Preparation method
Ingredients overview
- 1 pc Red bell pepper (approx. 180–200 g)
- 270 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 8–10 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Brush the pepper with a little oil, place it on a baking tray, and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Once baked, immediately transfer it to a bowl, cover tightly with cling film, and let it steam for 30 minutes. Then carefully peel off the skin, cut it in half, and remove the stem and seeds.
Finely chop the flesh of the pepper, then mix it with the cream cheese, the remaining olive oil, Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Serve with freshly baked baguette or toast for the best flavor experience.
