Ingredients

  • 150 g radish
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g cottage cheese
  • a few slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Cut 50 g of radish into small, approx. 3 mm cubes. Grate the remaining radish finely into a bowl.

    Mix the grated radish with the cubed radish, then squeeze out any excess moisture.

    Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • 4
    Attention: only grate the yellow zest of the lemon, as the white part is bitter. Serve with fresh bread.
