Ingredients
- 150 g radish
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g cottage cheese
- a few slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon salt
Steps
- 1Cut 50 g of radish into small, approx. 3 mm cubes. Grate the remaining radish finely into a bowl.
- 2Mix the grated radish with the cubed radish, then squeeze out any excess moisture.
- 3Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- 4Attention: only grate the yellow zest of the lemon, as the white part is bitter. Serve with fresh bread.
