- 90 g Greek yogurt
- 15 g Fresh dill
- 10 ml Lemon juice (100%)
- 20 g Mustard
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Cook the eggs: Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Once the water boils, carefully place the eggs in and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Then remove from heat and immediately cool with cold water.
In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, finely chopped fresh dill, and mustard. Peel the cooled eggs, cut them into small cubes, and add them to the yogurt base. Mix thoroughly, then season with salt, pepper, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Serve with fresh bread or vegetables.

Serve with whole grain bakery products and fresh vegetables, such as radishes or cucumber.
