- 8 pcs eggs
- 240 g cream cheese
- 120 g plain yogurt
- 22 g fatty mustard
- 1 g pepper
- 10 g salt
- 5 g parsley
- 5 g chives
Steps
- 1After cooking, peel the eggs, then cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl, and finely chop the egg whites.
- 2Mash the yolks with a fork, add the cream cheese, yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper, then mix.
- 3Add the finely chopped egg whites, mix, and finally chill in the refrigerator.
- 4Instead of traditional fatty mustard, you can also use Dijon mustard, which will give the spread a more distinct flavor. It's not necessary to use all the egg whites in the egg spread; you can even stuff some of them. You can also mix finely chopped parsley or chives into the spread.
