  • 8 pcs eggs
  • 240 g cream cheese
  • 120 g plain yogurt
  • 22 g fatty mustard
  • 1 g pepper
  • 10 g salt
  • 5 g parsley
  • 5 g chives

    After cooking, peel the eggs, then cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl, and finely chop the egg whites.

    Mash the yolks with a fork, add the cream cheese, yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper, then mix.

    Add the finely chopped egg whites, mix, and finally chill in the refrigerator.

    Instead of traditional fatty mustard, you can also use Dijon mustard, which will give the spread a more distinct flavor. It's not necessary to use all the egg whites in the egg spread; you can even stuff some of them. You can also mix finely chopped parsley or chives into the spread.
