Place the eggs in a small saucepan, cover them with water, and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and hard-boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, clean the celery, remove its skin, and grate it finely. Wash the apple and grate it coarsely with its skin. Once the eggs are cooked, cool them, peel them, and also grate them coarsely.
In a medium bowl, mix together the grated celery, apple, egg, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chef's tip
Before serving, garnish with finely chopped chives and freshly ground pepper for an even more intense flavor experience.
