Mushroom skewers

Ingredients:

• 20 dkg ChefGomba baby white mushroom
• 1 zucchini
• 25 dkg chicken breast fillet
• salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic granules
• 3–4 tablespoons olive oil
• also: skewers

Preparation:

1. Dice the chicken breast, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Clean the vegetables, cut the zucchini into larger slices first, then in half. Thread the meat and vegetables alternately onto skewers. Brush with olive oil mixed with garlic granules and grill on a grill grate - turning several times - until done.
