INGREDIENTS
- 10 mushroom caps
- 1 red onion
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 tablespoon ManóMenü cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A larger pinch of pepper
- Fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- Grated cheese
IF YOU'D PREPARE IT DIFFERENTLY
- Wild garlic
- Dill
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Clean the mushroom caps, and finely chop their stems.
- 2Clean and finely chop the onions, then sauté them in fat with added salt.
- 3Add the finely chopped mushroom stems and finely grated carrot, and continue to cook until softened.
- 4Season with nutmeg, pepper, and fresh parsley, then remove from heat after a few minutes and let cool.
- 5Once it's no longer hot, mix in the whole egg and spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, or at least until the cheese is slightly browned on top.
Tip
You can achieve an even more exciting flavor with wild garlic or dill.
