Preparation and grilling
First, thoroughly preheat the grill or contact grill.
Cut the turkey breast into slices about 1 cm thick. Season each slice with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Finally, evenly spread olive oil over them and massage it into the meat. Grill the turkey on the hot grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, slice the Camembert cheese thinly and prepare the dressing: in a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, dried cranberries, rosemary, honey, and lemon juice.
Chef's tip
After grilling, you can also add fresh arugula or baby spinach to the sandwich for an even fresher taste.
