Ingredients overview
- 3 slices toast bread
- 2 slices English bacon
- 200 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 slices sliced cheese
- 1 pc farm egg
- 3-4 slices tomato
- 2 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 1 spray of olive oil spray
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch Provence herbs and chicken seasoning salt
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Cut the turkey breast into 2-3 thinner slices. Season with Provence herbs, chicken seasoning salt, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the meat on both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Then transfer the pan to the oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
Meanwhile, toast the bread slices after spraying both sides with olive oil spray. In a pan, fry the bacon until crispy, then cook a fried egg in the rendered fat. Slice the turkey meat and tomatoes as thinly as possible.
Assemble the sandwich in the following order: bread, mayonnaise, bacon, turkey meat, tomato, mayonnaise, bread, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, fried egg, mayonnaise, and finally the third slice of bread. Cut diagonally in half or into quarters and secure with toothpicks.
