Preparation method

Remove the tips of the chicken wings and cut the wings at the joints.

In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper, then add the prepared wings, mix well, and set aside.

In a deep pot, heat enough oil to cover the chicken wings to 160°C.
Chef's tip
You can serve the fried chicken wings dipped in sweet chili sauce and then in chopped chives, or even prepare them with BBQ sauce.
