Csirimojó (Cherimoya)

Cherimoya, also known as "custard apple", is a special, exotic fruit originating from the highlands of Central and South America. Its flesh is snow-white, incredibly creamy in texture, and its taste is unique: many compare it to a soft blend of pineapple, banana, mango, and strawberry.

The fruit has a green, scaly pattern on the outside, and large, shiny black seeds inside, which are not edible. The fruit is most delicious when it is slightly soft to the touch – at which point it can be easily scooped out with a spoon.

Rich in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants, it is not only delicious but also a nutritious choice.
It can be eaten on its own, in smoothies, desserts, mixed with yogurt or salads.
