Ingredients

• 80 grams of spaghetti
• 2 zucchinis
• 1 NOA Chickpea and Avocado Spread
• 1.5 lemons
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon of dried coriander
• 1 teaspoon of dried basil
• 50 ml of coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of pepper
• 1 teaspoon of white sesame seeds
• 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast

Preparation

1. Using a spiral cutter, shape the zucchini into spaghetti, place in a bowl and set aside for now.
2. Cook the spaghetti in salted water, then drain.
3. Place the zucchini and cooked spaghetti in a container and mix with the NOA chickpea and avocado spread, lemon juice, garlic powder, coriander, basil and coconut milk.
4. Steam for 3-5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
5. You can then sprinkle the dish with a little white sesame seeds and nutritional yeast.
