Ingredients
400 g Gyermelyi Vita Pasta Tagliatelle pasta, 400 g of any whole roasted meat, 4 green onions, 3 cloves of grated garlic, 400 g diced tomato preserves, 100 g mixed colored peppers, chili, salt, ground pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon of chopped sage, 2 tablespoons of crushed salted peanuts, 0.5 dl oil.
Preparation
- Roast meat left over from the previous day is very suitable for this dish. It can be pork or even chicken, which you should pull into strips.
- Chop the green onion into strips, the peppers into thin strips. Seed the chili and chop it thinly.
- Sauté the garlic in oil, then pour the tomato preserves over it. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the peppers, chili, green onion, pulled meat and cook together
- In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, making sure that the pasta is al dente, rather firm. Drain, but do not rinse, and immediately toss into the sauce. Sprinkle with sage, crushed salted peanuts and heat for a few minutes, then serve.
