Kifli Kukták

A japán Kóbe városából származó legendás street food kedvenc, a sobameshi az aprított pirított yakisoba tészta és az illatos rizs zseniális kombinációja. Lédús csirkecombfilével, roppanós káposztával és édeskés-fanyar házi yakisoba szósszal pirítva készül. Gyors, laktató és utánozhatatlan teppan street food hangulat egyenesen a konyhádból!

Preparation method

Preparation

1

Clean the chicken thigh fillets and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces of about 1-1.5 cm. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

2

Cut the white cabbage into thin strips, then chop into smaller squares. Thinly slice the spring onions, separating the white and green parts. Finely grate the garlic and fresh ginger.

3

Cook the wok noodles in boiling water according to the package instructions (approx. 2-3 minutes), drain, and rinse with cold water, then chop them into roughly 2-3 cm pieces on a cutting board. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork.

Chef's tip

Sobameshi is a masterpiece of classic Japanese zero-waste cooking: you achieve the best texture with leftover cold, drier rice from the day before, as it will not stick together during frying.

In Kobe street food style, topping it with a soft-yolk fried egg turns it into an even richer and more filling dish!
