Kifli Kukták

Hagyományos magyar tepsis fogás puha, aranybarnára pirult burgonyarétegekkel, szaftos fűszerpaprikás darált sertéshússal, selymes fokhagymás tejföllel és a tetején ropogósra sült trappista sajttal. Laktató, melengető őszi klasszikus az egész családnak.

Preparation method

Preparation

1

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, then boil them in their skins in lightly salted water until par-cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Allow them to cool to lukewarm, peel off the skins, and cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick.

2

Finely dice the onion and crush the garlic cloves. Grate the Trappist cheese on a large-hole grater.

Preparing the spiced meat ragout and sour cream topping

1

Melt half of the pork lard (20 g) in a large frying pan. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté over medium heat until translucent, about 3-4 minutes, then add the crushed garlic.

Chef's tip

For an even richer flavor, you can also add 50 g of finely diced smoked bacon when browning the minced meat.

It pairs wonderfully with homemade fermented pickles, pickled apple peppers, or crunchy csalamádé.
