- 80 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 310 g pulled beef (ready meal)
- 4 pcs hamburger buns
- 100 g coleslaw salad or mixed lettuce leaves
In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet chili sauce, garlic granules, and sriracha sauce until you get a homogeneous, spicy sauce.
Cut the hamburger buns in half and, if desired, toast the cut sides in a dry pan. Spread a generous amount of the prepared spicy mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the buns.
Pile the warmed, juicy pulled beef onto the buns. Top the meat with an optional amount of coleslaw salad or fresh lettuce leaves. Finally, place the top halves of the buns on top and serve immediately.
Chef's tip
If you desire an even more intense flavor, you can drizzle a little BBQ sauce over the meat while heating it.
