- 300 g cooked beetroot
- 460 g natural tofu
- 1 pc lemon
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- 1Grate the cooked beetroot finely using a grater.
- 2Crumble the natural tofu or cut it into small cubes, then mix it with the grated beetroot. For best results, you can also use an immersion blender for a smoother consistency.
- 3Season the spread with freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and let the flavours meld in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
Tip
Serve with whole-wheat toast or fresh vegetable sticks.
