Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Prepare a piece of baking paper approximately 50x50 cm.
Wash the fish and pat it dry with paper towels. Season thoroughly with salt inside and out. Cut the lemon into slices and place them inside the fish. Place the fish on the baking paper, drizzle with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then wrap it tightly in the paper.
Bake the fish for 25-30 minutes, depending on the size of the bream.
