Ingredients
- 9 pcs chicken wings
- 1.5 kg potatoes
- 3 handfuls walnuts
- 1 carton lactose-free cream
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 bunch fresh tarragon
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper
Steps
- 1If you have any food sensitivities or are following a diet, please check the ingredients of the recipe before preparing it!
- 2Mix the tarragon with salt and pepper, then rub this mixture onto the washed and dried chicken wings.
- 3Place the wings in an oiled baking tray and pour a little water underneath. Bake for one hour at 190 degrees Celsius in the oven under foil, then for another 15 minutes without foil.
- 4Toast the walnuts.
- 5Brush the sides of the baked chicken wings with agave syrup, then roll them in the walnuts.
- 6For the dipping sauce, add lactose-free cream, agave syrup, and water to the remaining walnuts, then bring to a boil and cook until ready.
- 7After peeling the potatoes, slice them thinly, fry them in oil, then salt them.
