Ingredients

  • 9 pcs chicken wings
  • 1.5 kg potatoes
  • 3 handfuls walnuts
  • 1 carton lactose-free cream
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 bunch fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper

    Mix the tarragon with salt and pepper, then rub this mixture onto the washed and dried chicken wings.

    Place the wings in an oiled baking tray and pour a little water underneath. Bake for one hour at 190 degrees Celsius in the oven under foil, then for another 15 minutes without foil.

    Toast the walnuts.

    Brush the sides of the baked chicken wings with agave syrup, then roll them in the walnuts.

    For the dipping sauce, add lactose-free cream, agave syrup, and water to the remaining walnuts, then bring to a boil and cook until ready.

    After peeling the potatoes, slice them thinly, fry them in oil, then salt them.
