INGREDIENTS

  • 4 sesame burger buns
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 4 slices vegan cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Hellmann's vegan mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced into rings
  • 8 slices pickled cucumber
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 packs The Vegetarian Butcher's Unbelievabull Burger (160g)

PREPARATION

    Prepare a grill with a lid and preheat it to approx. 200 °C.

    Cut the burger buns and toast both sides on the hot grill. Brush both sides of the Unbelievabull Burgers with oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the burgers on the grill and grill for approx. 2 minutes on each side. Melt a slice of cheese on each burger.

    Spread a little mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom halves of the burger buns. Place iceberg lettuce and a few onion rings on the buns, then add a burger on top. Add pickled cucumber and BBQ sauce to taste on the burgers, and finally place the other halves of the burger buns on top.
