Gábor Mészáros, founder and owner of the chocoMe chocolate manufactory, is extremely committed to top quality. He decided to create his own dark chocolate recipe with a completely unique flavour profile, which would become the flagship of chocoMe chocolates.

In order to get to know the origin of cocoa beans and the richness of their effect on the senses from the deepest roots, and to learn how to grow the best quality cocoa beans, he recently visited several cocoa plantations and sought out farmers in the Caribbean who have a lot of expertise in this field. After mapping the growing areas, tasting cocoa beans and various chocolate masses, he created a unique dark chocolate mass recipe with a unique aroma profile in a small but professional chocolate laboratory near Paris, which provides an unforgettable experience with every chocoMe Délice chocolate.
