An authentic delicacy, a deep truffle flavour that creates a perfect combination with Valencia almonds and exceptionally high cocoa content milk chocolate, made from Brazilian cocoa beans from the Bahia region. 

Two very special ingredients meet in this Raffinée. Blanched Valencia almonds are one of the most valuable varieties of almonds due to their perfectly crunchy texture and distinctive flavour. Truffle is added to these roasted almonds. The Aestivum truffle we use is a real gastronomic exclusivity, mostly used for seasoning. Due to its extraordinary aroma, moderation is important, but when used in the right amount, it can create fantastic flavour combinations.
