The Åkesson Bejofo Estate cocoa beans from Madagascar are known for their characteristic and lively flavour profile. Its flavour notes are mostly dominated by strong citrus fruits, giving the cocoa bean, chocolate a refreshing acidity. The outstanding flavours of red berries, such as raspberries, cherries and blueberries contribute to the fruity complexity.
