One of the chocoMe chocolatier's favourite fruits is mango. They spent years searching for the right quality product, which they found in Thailand. The mango is carefully sliced in-house, and paired with a 70% cocoa French dark chocolate with intense cocoa notes.

We recommend mixing 25-40 g of chocolate shavings into boiling or frothed milk (200 ml). After thorough mixing, once the chocolate shavings have melted, you will have a pleasant, smooth chocolate drink.

Gábor Mészáros, the founder and owner of the chocoMe chocolate manufactory, is extremely committed to top quality. He decided to create his own dark chocolate recipe with a completely unique flavour profile, which would be the flagship of chocoMe chocolates.

In order to get to know the origin of cocoa beans and the richness of their effect on the senses from the deepest roots, and to learn how to grow the best quality cocoa beans, he recently visited several cocoa plantations and sought out farmers in the Caribbean who have a lot of expertise in this field. After mapping the growing areas, tasting the cocoa beans and various chocolate masses, he created a unique dark chocolate mass recipe with a unique aroma profile in a small but professional chocolate laboratory near Paris, which provides an unforgettable experience with every chocoMe Délice chocolate.
