  • Fruit sauce or jam
  • Chopped nuts or seeds
  • 1 egg for brushing

PREPARATION

    Let the puff pastry rest at room temperature for 10 minutes, then unroll it and spread with fruit sauce or jam.

    Roll it up along its long side, then cut it in half lengthwise and twist the two halves together.

    Form it into a wreath, brush with beaten egg, then sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes until golden.
