Preparation method
Melt the butter together with the diced dark chocolate over a double boiler.
In a bowl, place the oat biscuits chopped to the desired size, the almonds, pistachios, grated orange zest, cocoa powder, rum, coffee, pour the melted chocolate over them, and mix thoroughly.
Spread out a piece of cling film, pile the chocolate mixture onto it, roll it up, shape it, and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour, but it won't hurt if it rests for a whole night.
